ccmtcanada Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 (edited) Bly and my daughter went out yesterday to feed some animals down at a local conservation area. With bird seed in hand they set off a nice little walk. The birds came from every direction!! Landing in their hands, in the seed bucket...and one even perched itself on bly's hat. Here's a short video of their visit..... <BR><BR> <object width="320" height="240"><param name="movie" value=" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuJ7-F3SG9Q"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuJ7-F3SG9Q"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuJ7-F3SG9Q" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="320" height="240"></embed></object> Edited March 1, 2007 by ccmtcanada

Garyv Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 I really enjoyed that. We have many bird houses and in winter a couple of feeders in the birch tree by one of the front windows. The wife and I sit and watch the birds almost every morning. I use watching them for serenity before facing the normal day.
fishergirl72 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I wish that Ang and I could have went, but she was in school that day It was great for Carol to call me and invite us to come along, she would have thought that was something else! Hopefully us girls can get together soon and go to feed the birds
Joey Posted March 3, 2007 Report Posted March 3, 2007 Wow, that's really cool Cliff, really neat that they landed right on your hands. Thanks for sharing that. Joey
